Breakfast Pizza – Pence with Pent

This breakfast pizza recipe is topped with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. It was sprinkled with melted cheese on the ready-made pizza crust.

I’m so glad to be working with Cabot Cheese to share this breakfast pizza!
- smell: Breakfast pizza has all the flavors of a traditional breakfast in a cheesy bite.
- technology: Make sure the eggs are shiny and lightly fight hard as they will cook more in the oven.
- Recommended tools: I bake this pizza in a 10 x 15 inch pan. You can use different sized pots according to the packaging or the recipe for the dough.
- Tips for saving time: Buy cooked sausage or bacon to save time. Pre-cut cheese works well in this recipe.

Ingredient tips for breakfast pizza
- Pizza Crust: Buy pizza tins or pots or balls made into homemade pizza crust.
- Meat: Use sausage, bacon and even ham.
- vegetable: Added the flavor of Bell pepper, but you can skip or use different vegetables like mushrooms or spinach. Precook any vegetables (such as mushrooms) that contain a lot of water.
- cheese: I combined the combination of Cabot Pepper Jack and Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese, but only one or the other worked well because both have a lot of flavor.
change
- Leftover taco meat? Head to the south of the border and add chopped avocado, avocado sauce or drizzle.

Replace scrambled eggs with whole eggs
Made a single serving pizza for breakfast pizza by making 6 wells on the pizza and stuffing eggs into each well. Bake soft or medium eggs for 10-11 minutes for 13-14 minutes, or until the eggs reach the desired concentration. Once the eggs are removed from the oven, the eggs will continue to cook, so be sure to cook them a little.
Storage and heating
Keep leftovers in a container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy cold or reslicing in the microwave.
Freeze the remaining slices between the parchment layers and wrap them with plastic wrap. Place the wrapped slices in a zipper bag and freeze for up to two months. Thaw the slices in the microwave or wrap them in foil and pop them out of the toaster.
