What is dinner?
My meal plan completely changed these meals! They are very fast so you can actually enjoy dinner without stress. Plus, they are full of flavor! You don’t even have to worry about the fancy side – just throw some grilled veggies, a quick salad or some warm bread and that’s fine.

How many feeds does it?
This free weekly menu plan is exactly what you need to start the week. It offers five meals that can be fed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or kids), which includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifeguard.
Why do I have to have a meal?
- save money: Planning ahead means no longer needing impulsive or unnecessary takeaway. You will only grab what you need and your wallet will thank you!
- Reduce waste: When you plan the menu, you’ll use up everything you have before wasting – game wilted vegetables in the fridge!
- Healthier options: Meal plans can help you stick to healthier meals instead of grabbing anything simple and handled.
Dinner side dishes
My weekly menu plan always includes a printable shopping list that has been measured and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Store leftover meals
I only eat meal plans, Monday to Friday, because sometimes we have plans for the weekend, or I have the rest, we have to finish this week! If you do have leftovers, make sure they are stored correctly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
